蛛蝥（上音誅下謨侯反方言云自關而西秦晉之間謂蝥為蜘蟵說文從虫敄聲集本作蟱非也敄音武也）。

蛛蝥 ('Spider'; the first character has the sound 誅 [zhū], the second has the fanqie 謨 + 侯 [móu]. The Fangyan says: 'From the Pass westward, between Qin and Jin, a spider is called a zhizhu.' The Shuowen jiezi says: 'Composed with "insect" (虫) as semantic element and 敄 as phonetic element.' The collected editions have 蟱, which is incorrect. 敄 has the sound 武 [wǔ].)
