鄙俚 ('Vulgar and rustic'; the fanqie is 力 + 止 [lǐ]. The Kaosheng says: 'A southern barbarian tribe in Guangzhou.' Mencius says: 'Belonging to the southern Man tribes.' The Shuowen jiezi says: 'Composed with "person" (人) as semantic element and 里 as phonetic element.')
