癰疽（上氳恭反下七余反司馬彪注莊子云浮熱為瘵不通為㿈說文腫也疽久㿈也二字竝從疒雍且聲瘵音必遙反）。

癰疽 ('Ulcers and carbuncles'; the first character has the fanqie 氳 + 恭 [yōng], the second has the fanqie 七 + 余 [jū]. Sima Biao's commentary on Zhuangzi says: 'Superficial heat causes sores; blockages cause carbuncles.' The Shuowen jiezi says: 'Swelling. Ju is a long-standing ulcer.' Both characters are composed with "sickness" (疒) as semantic element, with 雍 and 且 as phonetics. 瘵 has the fanqie 必 + 遙 [biāo].)
