摛機 [chījī, deploying the mechanism] (The first character has the fanqie 勅知 [chì + zhī]. The Kaosheng says: 'Chī means to spread out and display.' Zuo Si's 'Shu Capital Rhapsody' has: 'Spreading literary elegance to illuminate heaven.' The Shuowen says: 'To unfold.' It takes 手 as semantic and 离 as phonetic. 离 has the same pronunciation as above).
