增靄（埃葢反考聲云靄氣增靄則昏昧不明也集本作靄恐失諸字書作靉也）。

增靄: The fanqie phonetic notation is ai (埃) + gai (葢). The Kaosheng states: '靄 refers to mist and vapor; when it increases, it becomes murky, dim, and unclear.' The collected editions write it as 靄; I fear it may be mistaken, for various dictionaries write it as 靉.
