滯甃 [zhìzhòu, obstructed well-lining] (The second character has the fanqie 皺瘦 [zhòu + shòu]. The Shuowen says: 'Zhòu refers to the bricks of a well.' It takes 瓦 as semantic and 秋 as phonetic. 甓 has the fanqie 鼙覓 [pí + mì]).
