筦維（官短反鄭注禮記云筦猶苞也從竹完聲完音桓或有集中從[筦-元]作筦無此字）。

筦維 (The fanqie is [官 + 短]: guǎn. Zheng [Xuan]’s commentary on the Liji says: “Guǎn is like bāo (to contain).” It is formed from “bamboo” (竹) with 完 phonetic. 完 is pronounced huán. In some anthologies it is written without the 元 component inside 筦 as [筦-元], which is not an actual character).
