蕛稂（上徒奚反郭注尒雅云似稗布地生穢草也說文從草梯聲梯體鷄反郭注尒雅云莠類也或作節也）。

"Cockspur grass and foxtail" (蕛稂): The first character [蕛 has the fanqie] tu + xi (ti). Guo [Pu]'s commentary on the Erya says: 'It resembles barnyard grass, a noxious weed growing spreading across the ground.' The Shuowen jiezi says: 'It has the grass radical (艸) and ti (梯) phonetic.' 梯 is pronounced ti + ji (ti). Guo [Pu]'s commentary on the Erya says: 'It is a kind of green foxtail.' It is also written as jie (節).
