徵刻（恒德反說文劾謂法罪有也從刀亥聲集從力作劾非也）。

Levy harshly (徵刻): [劾 is] fanqie 恒德. The Shuowen says: '劾 means applying the law where there is transgression.' It takes 刀 as semantic classifier and 亥 as phonetic. The collection writes it with 力 as 劾, which is incorrect.
