惟礎（初舉反許叔重注淮南子云楚人謂柱磶曰礎說文從石楚聲磶音思畟反亦作舄）。

Pillar base: 礎 [chu] (初 + 舉 fanqie. Xu Shuzhong's commentary on the Huainanzi says: "The people of Chu call the base-stone under a pillar chu." The Shuowen jiezi analyzes it: from radical 石 'stone', with 楚 phonetic; 磶 is pronounced 思 + 畟 fanqie, and is also written as 舄).
