重𱽹（悅稅反古今正字云𱽹小也凡草初達謂之𱽹謂鋒萌始出也從草㣞聲㣞音彖活反也）。

重𱽹 (fanqie: 悅 + 稅. The Gujin zhengzi says: 'Rui (𱽹) means small; when any grass first emerges, it is called rui, referring to the initial sprouting of the shoots.' It has the grass radical and chuo phonetic. Chuo is fanqie: 彖 + 活).
