綰挈（上彎板反許叔重注淮南子云綰貫也下牽結反劉兆注穀梁傳云挈擊也說文挈謂懸持也從手㓞聲集作楔俗字也㓞音慳黠反也）。

綰挈 (The upper character is fanqie: 彎 + 板. Xu Zhongchong's commentary to the Huainanzi says: 'Wan (綰) means to thread through.' The lower character is fanqie: 牽 + 結. Liu Zhao's commentary to the Guliang zhuan says: 'Qie (挈) means to strike.' The Shuowen says: 'Qie means to suspend and carry; it has the hand radical and qie phonetic.' The collected text writes it as the popular character 楔. Qie is fanqie: 慳 + 黠).
