Yuanlou 鳶樓 (fanqie: 悅 + 專; the Mao commentary on the Shijing notes: "A kind of kite [chi 鴟]." The Gujin zhengzi states it has the bird radical and the phonetic component yi 弋. In the Anthology it is written as 鳶, which is a vulgar character).
