簨業 (Bell-stand beams and carved plaques: pronounced *xǔn* [fanqie: 詢允]. Zheng's commentary on the *Book of Rites* states: "A *xǔn* is that from which bells are suspended to sound; the horizontal beam is called *xǔn*, decorated with scaly creatures; large boards attached to it form the *yè*."
