Causing an error (成眚) (sheng pronounced with the fanqie 生梗 [shēng + gěng = shěng]: Kong [Anguo]'s commentary to the Shangshu says, "眚 means an error or fault." The Shuowen says it is classified under the radical 目 with 生 as its phonetic).
