Wet-nurse and old woman ([女*(乞-乙+小)]媼) (the first character is pronounced with the fanqie 搦矮 [nuò + ǎi = nǎi]: the Kaosheng says it means an old woman who nurses an infant. The second character is pronounced with the fanqie 烏晧 [wū + hào = ǎo]: Wen Ying's commentary to the Hanshu says, "In Youzhou and Hanzhong, elderly women are called 媼." The Shuowen says, "An appellation for an elderly woman." Both characters are classified under the radical 女, with 尒 and 昷 as their respective phonetics; 昷 is pronounced 温; 嫗 is pronounced with the fanqie 䊸矩 [yū + jǔ = yǔ]).
