澄渟（狄丁反埤蒼水止也字書水滯也文字典說從水亭聲也）。

Limpid and still (澄渟) (ting pronounced with the fanqie 狄丁 [dí + dīng = tíng]: the Picang says, "Stagnant water." The Zishu says, "Water that has come to rest." The Wenzi dian shuo notes it is classified under the radical 水 with 亭 as its phonetic).
