𠁊塏（開改反杜注左傳云𠁊明也塏燥也說文高燥貌也字偏旁前釋訖）。

Haokai 𠁊塏 (塏 is pronounced with the fanqie phonetic spelling kai + gai [kǎi]. Du [Yu]'s commentary to the Zuo zhuan says: "𠁊 means bright; 塏 means dry." The Shuowen says: "It denotes an elevated, dry appearance." The radicals and components of the characters were already explained earlier).
