Miwang 覛往 (覛 is pronounced with the fanqie phonetic spelling meng + bo [mò]. The Shuowen says: "覛 means to look askance." It takes 見 as radical and 𠂢 as phonetic; 𠂢 is pronounced pu + bai [pài]. The collected edition writes it with 永 as 𧠧, which is a vulgar variant).
