Diligent and untiring (𰌡𰌡: [fanqie:] 子辭. Kong [Anguo]'s Commentary on the Book of Documents says: "孜孜 means unflagging." The Shuowen jiezi indicates it is semantic with pū [攴] and phonogram zi (子). Some editions of the [Guanghongming] ji write the character jing (敬), which is wrong).
