潀潟（上在公反又旨容反並通毛詩傳水會也箋云水外高者也從水從眾會意字也）。

Confluent draining-waters 潀潟 (the first character is pronounced [在 + 公] *cóng*, or also [旨 + 容] *zōng*; both are acceptable. The Mao Commentary to the Shijing says: "The meeting of waters." The Sub-commentary says: "Where the water rises high on the outside." It is an associative compound character composed of 水 [water] and 衆 [multitude]).
