Spreading lapis lazuli 摛瑠璃 (pronounced [恥 + 離] *chī*. The Shuowen says: "To unfold or spread out." It takes 手 [hand] as radical and 离 as phonetic. 瑠 is pronounced *liú*, the correct standard character; in the anthology it is written as 琉, a vulgar character).
