隤[糸*((刃*刃)/山)] (The upper character is pronounced 徒 + 雷 fanqie; the lower character is the standard form of the character 綱. The *Guangya* says: "隤 means ruined." The *Han commentary to the Odes* says: "Discarded." The *Kaosheng* says: "An object falling down; destroyed." The *Shuowen* says: "Falling downwards." It takes the mound classifier [𨸏] and is phonetic in 貴; or it takes the earth classifier [土] as 墤, meaning the same. The text of the biography writes it with the head classifier [頁] as 頹, which is not appropriate for this usage).
