俱盧洲（古名鬱單越或名鬱怛羅或名鬱多羅拘樓亦名郁多羅鳩留皆訛轉也正云嗢怛羅矩嚕此譯云高勝謂此一洲人無中夭定壽千歲）。

俱盧洲 [Uttarakuru continent] (Anciently called 鬱單越, 鬱怛羅, 鬱多羅拘樓, or 郁多羅鳩留 [Uttarakuru], which are all corrupt transliterations. Properly it is 嗢怛羅矩嚕 [Uttarakuru], translated here as 'High and Superior' (高勝), meaning that the people of this single continent never die prematurely and have a fixed lifespan of one thousand years).
