遒華 (The first character has the fanqie 就由 [jiù + yóu]. The Mao Shijing Commentary states: '遒 means 周 [complete/pervading].' The Kaosheng states: 'Exhausted/ultimate.' The Qieyun states: 'Gathered.' The Shuowen jiezi states: 'Derived from 辵 [movement] with 酋 as phonetic.' 酋 has the same pronunciation as above).
