礪鉛（上力制反說文云砥礪也考聲云磨石也顧野王云崦嵫山多砥礪也下與專反切韻云錫也尚書云青州貢鉛說文云青金也從金沿省聲案沿路舟船之字皆同也今作鈆俗）。

礪鉛 (The first character has the fanqie 力制 [lì + zhì]. The Shuowen jiezi states: 'Whetstones.' The Kaosheng states: 'A grinding stone.' Gu Yewang states: 'Mount Yanzu has many whetstones.' The second character has the fanqie 與專 [yǔ + zhuān]. The Qieyun states: 'Lead.' The Shangshu states: 'Qingzhou pays tribute of lead.' The Shuowen jiezi states: 'Blue metal; derived from 金 [metal] with an abbreviated 沿 as phonetic.' Note that the characters for 沿路 [along the road] and boat are all identical. Writing it as 鈆 is the popular form).
