𢩌髆（上古賢反切韻云頂傍也髆上也下牓莫反字林髆胛也說文云肩胛也從骨博省聲也經文作膊音普博反郭璞云披割午羊五藏謂之膊非肩髆義胛音甲）。

Nape and shoulders (𢩌髆: the first character has the fanqie 古 + 賢; Qieyun says, “The sides of the crown of the head; above the shoulder.” The second character has the fanqie 牓 + 莫; Zilin says, “The shoulder blade.” Shuowen says, “The shoulder blade; it takes 骨 with 博 abbreviated for phonetic.” In the sūtras it is written 膊, pronounced 普 + 博; Guo Pu says, “Splitting and disemboweling the five internal organs of a ram is called bó, which is not the meaning of shoulder. 胛 is pronounced 甲).
