過膝（下𦙃逸反玉篇膝脛上頭也說文脛骨節頭也正體從月從𣷚作𦡀此𦡀字時用已久有經作𦡀字全乖）。

Passing the knees (過膝: the second character has the fanqie 𦙃 + 逸; Yupian says, “The knee is the upper part of the shin.” Shuowen says, “The joint of the shinbone.” The standard form takes 月 and 𣷚, written as 𦡀; this character 𦡀 has long been in customary use. Some sūtras write 𦡀, which is completely mistaken).
