竊自（上千結反郭注爾雅云竊淺也切韻盜也字書云私竊也從穴釆[├/(咼-┌+人)]聲也[├/(咼-┌+人)]音𦵮經文有作竊字非也）。

竊自 (The first character is pronounced 千 + 結 fanqie. Guo's commentary on the Erya says: 'Qie means shallow.' The Qieyun says: 'To steal.' The character dictionaries say: 'Privately, illicitly.' It is analyzed as having 穴 as semantic and [├/(咼-┌+人)] as phonetic; [├/(咼-┌+人)] is pronounced 𦵮. The sūtra text occasionally writes 竊, which is incorrect).
