晷落（上音軌說文云日景也從日從[夕*人]音舊經文從各作晷俗誤也下盧各反爾雅云降墜湮下落也案經晷落即日景沉下也）。

晷落 (The first character is pronounced 軌. The Shuowen jiezi says: 'The shadow of the sun.' It takes 日 and [夕*人] as components; [夕*人] is pronounced 舊. In the sūtra text, writing it with 各 to make 晷 is a popular error. The second character is pronounced 盧 + 各 fanqie. The Erya says: 'To fall, to drop, to sink down, to decline means luo.' Examining the sūtra, guiluo means the sinking down of the sunlight).
