䏺脹（上疋江反又作肨切韻云䏺亦脹也下知亮反說文云滿也壯脹也或作痮亦同經文作膖俗字）。

Swollen and distended (䏺脹: the first character has the fanqie 疋 + 江; it is also written 肨. The Qieyun says: "Pang also means distended." The second character has the fanqie 知 + 亮. The Shuowen jiezi says: "Full; plump and distended." Some write 痮, which is identical. The sūtra text writes 膖, which is a vulgar character).
