沈溺（上直林反切韻云沈沒也濁也爾雅曰祭川曰浮沈下乃歷反古文作㲻說文云人沒水也）。

Sink and drown (沈溺: the first character has the fanqie 直 + 林. The Qieyun says: "To submerge; turbid." The Erya says: "Sacrifices to rivers are called floating and sinking." The second character has the fanqie 乃 + 歷. In ancient script it is written 㲻. The Shuowen jiezi says: "A person submerged in water").
