滲漏（上所禁反水潛沒也下盧候反字書云漏落也又刻漏以銅盤盛水滴漏百刻以定晝夜也）。

Leakage (滲漏: the first character has the fanqie 所 + 禁, meaning water seeping and sinking. The second character has the fanqie 盧 + 候. Character dictionaries say: "To leak and fall."
