卉木（上輝貴反說文云百草總名從三屮作芔屮音丑列反屮如草初生之形並二屮為艸音草四中為茻音莾今變芔從三十也）。

Vegetation and trees (卉木: the first character has the fanqie 輝 + 貴. The Shuowen jiezi says: "The collective name for the hundred herbs. Formed from three chu [屮], written as 芔." Chu (屮) has the fanqie 丑 + 列, shaped like grass newly sprouting. Two chu combined make cao (艸), pronounced cao. Four chu make mang (茻), pronounced mang. Now 芔 is altered to follow thirty [三十]").
