踈勒國（梵語訛略也正云佉路數怛勒此翻為惡性國以其國人性多獷戾故或云彼國有佉路數怛勒山因山立稱也在北印度境也）。

Country of Shule (踈勒國: a corrupt abbreviation of Sanskrit. Properly it is Kharostra [佉路數怛勒], translated here as 'Land of Evil Nature', because the people of that country are mostly fierce and perverse. Alternatively, it is said that the country has Mount Kharostra, and took its name from the mountain. It is situated in the territory of Northern India).
