吁嗞（上況于反切韻疑恠之詞也下子之反切韻云嗞嗟憂聲也爾雅作咨云嗟咨𨲠也郭注云今河北人云嗟歎𨲠音嗟）。

Sighing and groaning (吁嗞: for the upper, kuàng + yú [xū]; the Qieyun says, "A word of doubt and wonder." For the lower, zǐ + zhī [zī]; the Qieyun says, "嗞嗟 is the sound of sorrow." The Erya writes it as 咨, stating: "嗟, 咨, and 𨲠 mean 'to sigh'." Guo's commentary says, "Today people of Hebei say jie-tan jie [嗟歎𨲠]." 𨲠 is pronounced jiē [嗟]).
