剎別（上案玉篇音初八反案經合作差字故經云種種欲樂勝解差別今云剎別恐因聲誤寫請諸高識再詳經意）。

Difference (剎別: for the upper, according to the Yupian it is pronounced chū + bā [chā]. Following the sūtra text, it ought properly to be the character chā (差); thus the sūtra says, 'differences (差別) in various desires and inclinations.' The current reading 剎別 is feared to be a transcription error due to phonetic confusion; I ask all discerning scholars to examine the sūtra's meaning further).
