癲癎（上丁堅反廣雅云癲狂也聲類云大風疾說文作瘨下限姦反聲類云小兒病也說文云癎風病也從疒間聲疒音女厄反姦音間）。

Madness and epilepsy (癲癎: the first character has the fanqie 丁堅 [ding + jian / diān]. The Guangya says: "'癲' means madness." The Shenglei says: "A severe wind disorder." The Shuowen writes it as 瘨. The second character has the fanqie 限姦 [xian + jian / xián]. The Shenglei says: "A childhood disease." The Shuowen says: "'癎' is a wind illness; formed from 疒 [illness] with 間 as the phonetic component. 疒 has the fanqie 女厄 [nü + e]; 姦 is pronounced 間 [jiān].")
