濟拔（上子計反切韻惠也定也爾雅曰濟渡也濟成也濟益也郭注云廣異訓各隨事為義下蒲八反切韻擢也又盡也從手犮聲）。

濟拔: The upper [character is read with the] fanqie zi + ji. The Qieyun states: 'To bestow; to stabilize.' The Erya states: 'Ji (濟) means to cross over; ji means to accomplish; ji means to benefit.' Guo's Commentary states: 'The diverse glosses are broad; each accords with the matter to yield its meaning.' The lower [character is read with the] fanqie pu + ba. The Qieyun states: 'To pull up; also to exhaust; formed from the hand radical (手) with ba (犮) providing the phonetic sound.'
