鳩駄迦旃延（具足應云迦羅鳩駄迦旃延迦羅鳩駄此云黑領迦旃延姓也此外道應物而起人若問有答有若問無答無也）。

鳩駄迦旃延: In full it should be said as Kakuda Kātyāyana (迦羅鳩駄迦旃延). Kakuda means 'black collar' (heiling). Kātyāyana is the surname. This non-Buddhist acts in response to circumstances: if someone asks whether it exists, he answers that it exists; if asked whether it does not exist, he answers that it does not exist.
