牝鹿（上頻忍反爾雅曰鹿牝麚牝麀其子麛案別雌雄辨子母也麚音加麀音於牛反麛音迷下鹿字正從比）。

牝鹿 (for the first character, [pìn], fanqie 頻忍 [b- + -ɨn = bǐn/pìn]. The Erya says: “A male deer is a jiā; a female deer is a yōu; their fawn is a mí.” This distinguishes male from female and discriminates mother from offspring. 麚 is pronounced 加 [jiā]; 麀 is pronounced with the fanqie 於牛 [ʔ- + -ɨu = ʔɨu/yōu]; 麛 is pronounced 迷 [mí]. For the second character, 鹿 standardly takes 比 as radical.)
