捴持（上作孔反切韻合也都也皆也普也字書云捴眾也下直之反切韻執也案梵語陀羅尼此云捴持謂文義呪忍是也）。

Holding all together [捴持] (The first character has the fanqie phonetic spelling 作 + 孔; the Qieyun says to combine, entirely, all, universally; the character dictionary says: "Zong means the multitude." The second character has the fanqie phonetic spelling 直 + 之; the Qieyun says to grasp; in Sanskrit, dhāraṇī is translated here as "holding all together" [捴持], which refers to letters, meanings, spells, and patience).
