𮆋戾車（上眠彌反次音梨結反下齒耶反梵語訛也正梵語畢栗蹉此譯為下賤種也謂樂垢穢業不知禮義淫祀鬼神互相殘害也彌音邊篾反蹉音倉何反）。

Mleccha [𮆋戾車] (The first character has the fanqie phonetic spelling 眠 + 彌; the second is pronounced 梨 + 結; the third is 齒 + 耶. This is a corrupted Sanskrit term; standard Sanskrit is milittha [bṛccha], translated here as base-born caste, referring to those who delight in filthy trades, know neither etiquette nor righteousness, offer licentious sacrifices to ghosts and spirits, and slaughter one another.
