諠𠆴（上俗作喧說文作讙三形同況袁反韻英諠譁語聲也字書諠亦𠆴也下奴教反切韻不靜也考聲猥𠆴也從人在市內也又作鬧俗作𡗚省略也）。

Clamour and tumult (諠𠆴: the upper character is popularly written as 喧, and the *Shuowen* writes it as 讙; all three forms share the fanqie *kuàng* + *yuán* [xuān]; the *Yunying* says, "The sound of clamorous talking." Character glossaries say, "*Xuān* also means *nào*." The lower character has the fanqie *nú* + *jiào* [nào]; the *Qieyun* says, "Not tranquil." The *Kaosheng* says, "Noisy and crowded." It shows a person inside a market; it is also written as 鬧, and popularly abbreviated as 𡗚).
