陂池（上彼為反爾雅云陂者曰阪尚書云澤障曰陂下直離反切韻停水曰池廣曰沼也從水馳省聲）。

Pond and pool (陂池: the first character has the fanqie *b- / w-*, the Erya states: "That which is an embankment is called a bei (陂)"; the Shangshu says: "An embankment that dams a wetland is called a bei (陂)"; the second character has the fanqie *zh- / l-*, the Qieyun states: "Still water is called a pool (chi 池)"; a broad [pool] is called a marsh (zhao 沼); it is derived from water with chi 馳 abbreviated as the phonetic).
