雲雹（下龐邈反白虎通云雹之言合也陰氣專精凝合為雹也鄭注禮記云陽為雨陰氣脅之疑為雹也從雨包聲）。

Clouds and hail (雲雹: the second character has the fanqie *p- / m-*, the Baihutong states: "Bao (雹, hail) means he (合, gathering); the yin qi condenses exclusively and aggregates into hail"; Zheng's commentary on the Liji states: "Yang makes rain, and yin qi constrains it, freezing it into hail"; it is derived from yu 雨 (rain) with bao 包 as phonetic).
