縈繞（上伊營反下饒少反毛詩傳云縈縱也說文云收𤙻也從糸熒省聲繞纏也從糸堯聲）。

縈繞 (The upper character is pronounced with the fanqie yi + ying. The lower character is pronounced with the fanqie rao + shao. The Mao Shijing Commentary says: "縈 means to entwine freely." The Shuowen says: "To collect into a bundle; classified under 'silk' [糸], with an abbreviated 熒 as phonetic." 繞 means to wind around; classified under 'silk' [糸], with 堯 as phonetic).
