虵蠍（上射遮反毛詩云惟虺惟蛇周易云虵豸屬也說文從它作蛇它音徒何反下許謁反毒蟲名也）。

虵蠍 (The upper character is pronounced with the fanqie she + zhe. The Mao Shijing says: "Only vipers and serpents." The Zhouyi says: "Snakes belong to creeping insects." The Shuowen classifies it under 它, written as 蛇; 它 is pronounced with the fanqie tu + he. The lower character is pronounced with the fanqie xu + ye; the name of a venomous insect).
