枷鎻（上古牙反釋名云枷加也以木加於項也在手曰桎在足曰梏在項曰枷即拘罪人五木也下蘇果反切韻鐵索也謂聯環也）。

枷鎻 (The upper character is 古 + 牙 [jiā]; the Shiming says: "Jiā means jiā (to add); putting wood onto the neck; on the hands it is called zhì (handcuffs); on the feet it is called gù (fetters); on the neck it is called jiā (cangue)"; that is, the five wooden restraints for confining criminals; the lower character is 蘇 + 果 [suǒ]; the Qieyun says it is an iron chain, referring to linked rings).
