常袞 (The lower character is 公 + 穩 [gǔn]; the Yuzao chapter of the Liji says: "The Son of Heaven wears the dragon robe (gǔn) to sacrifice"; Zheng's commentary says: "Gǔn means painting dragons on the upper garment"; upon examination, Chang Gun is the full name of the Hanlin Academician who polished the text).
